5. Entry fee:
Entry fee 400 RUR (200 RUR for M/W 18 classes) per participant per day should be paid (by cash in Euro or Russian Roubles) at the event office 10.09.2010. Rate of exchange is approximately 1 Euro = 40 RUR.
6. Event Centre:
Event Office address: Leningrad Region, Orekhovo, Holiday Centre Orekhovo, 60 km to the North of St. Petersburg, Road A129 St. Petersburg Priozersk.
7. Accommodation:
Leningrad Region, Orekhovo, Holiday Centre Orekhovo.
2-3 bedded rooms, summer houses, WC and Shower at the floor, 3 meals per day included.
Per person per day:
700 RUR (capacity - 62 persons)
750 RUR (capacity - 24 persons)
880 RUR (capacity - 27 persons)
2 bedded rooms, with TV, WC and shower, 3 meals per day included
Per person per day:
1200 RUR (capacity - 76 persons)
Accommodation should be ordered by e-mail together with entries.
8.Terrain:
Forested terrain between 60 and 100 m above sea level, various landforms (hills, depressions), dense network of roads and paths, sandy ground.
Maps prepared at 2010 year according to IOF MBO Specifications.
9. Punching system
Electronic punching system SFR will be used. SFR-card may be bought at 200 RUR or rented at 50 RUR per day.
